UCP of Illinois’ Board of Directors is comprised of professional and lay persons, over half of whom have a disability or have a family member who has a disability.

The staff of UCP of Illinois are well-known disability advocates with more than 45 years of combined experience in the field.  Director Don Moss has been recognized by several Illinois governors and legislatures and has received national awards for advocacy.
