For the past 12 years, Don Moss & Associates has been conducting a confidential survey of the salaries and fringe benefits received by CEOs of community DD service agencies throughout Illinois.  This has proven very helpful to CEOs who participated in the survey to determine where they fall within ranges of agencies similar to their own.  The information is also useful when they are negotiating their own salary and benefits.  Names of agencies are coded so that confidentiality is maintained.  Since the inception of the survey, we have received no complaints about confidentiality.  We hope you will participate.
